Book Indexers creates comprehensive, accurate, and thoughtfully constructed indexes written from the reader’s point of view. We provide indexing services to print and online publishers; nonfiction writers, including scholarly authors; and com-
panies and institutions with significant content on websites and/or intranets.

Our mission is to help readers quickly and efficiently locate the information they need, whether in print, on a local network, or on the World Wide Web. Toward that end, we offer

• Editorial services for publishers and authors.

Company History

Toma Mulligan founded Book Indexers in 2004 after a 15-year career as a freelance technical

and marketing writer. As a writer, Toma excels at abstracting highly technical information and pre-
senting it in clear, lucid and polished prose. He now applies these same skills, along with a broad knowledge of publishing practices and standards, to creating print and online indexes for both technical and general audiences.
